Shipping
Please allow for up to 14 days to ship. It may also take longer on occasions, depending on stock reachability and availability. There will be no shipping during weekends or holidays. All items will be sent with the tracking number and non-insured shipping. For insured shipping, please contact us at myynti@tehdassaari.fi before purchasing.
Shipping rates
Set shipping is applied based on the value of the item and where in the world you reside. The price includes shipping and handling. Below is the list of basic shipping costs.

Other parcels and original art paintings
Original art will be delivered to the recipient’s door. Usually, it takes less than 5 working days for the parcel to arrive depending on the postal service and the peak days.

- The shipping amounts will automatically be added at checkout. The shipping will be free if the minimum set amount in the cart is reached or a coupon is applied.
- In case of loss or damage during shipping, the seller will only be responsible to pay a full refund if the buyer has committed to and paid for insured shipping.
- The seller is not held responsible for any delay during the shipping process; customs or other.
- The buyer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Payment options
There are several payment options available at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted and are powered by secure Paytrails checkout. Please see Paytrail’s payment terms and conditions through this link.

Returns and Refunds
If for some reason the buyer is not happy with the product, please contact us. In case of a return, item(s) must be returned within 30 days after the delivery. Refund will be given as the original transfer method once the item(s) has been returned to the seller in the original condition as purchased and the seller has checked the item. The shipping method must be the same as when purchased i.e. insured, tracked, and properly packed. Valuable items will be shipped with a printed return label. Any additional costs, such as customs fees, VAT, or other additional costs will be paid by the buyer if not agreed upon prior to the return of the goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Please contact us if the item was at a sale price. In a sale-priced item, the refunds will be partial.
